Shipping
What is your lead time?
Most orders are received in 4-5 weeks from order to delivery.

Changes to estimated delivery date.
We, or our delivery partner(s), will notify you of reasonable changes to the estimated delivery date where events outside of our or our delivery partner’s control delay or prevent delivery from taking place at the original estimated date and/or time. Delivery of the Products will take place when we deliver them to the address that you gave to us. If we cannot deliver your Products within 90 days, we will:
a) let you know;
b) cancel your order
c) give you a refund.
Though we try our best to accommodate deadlines, we cannot guarantee arrivals by a certain date. As soon as the parcel leaves our doors, it is in full discretion with the courier company to deliver your order timely.
If the order did not arrive by a certain date, we cannot refund an order while it is in transit. The order will need to be returned to us in order to process a refund.
How much does shipping cost?

📦 Incorrect Address or Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If you need to request a change to your shipping address after placing an order, please note:
Address changes are not guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.
If the carrier (Postal Parcel or EMS) allows an address change, they typically charge a fee. If the new address is far from the original destination, additional re-delivery costs may apply.
If you ask us to request the change on your behalf, we will email you an invoice for any additional fees charged by the carrier before proceeding.
If you contact the carrier directly and they later bill us for the change, we will invoice you to recover the cost. These fees go directly to the shipping provider.
We appreciate your understanding that while we’re happy to cover any errors on our part, we can’t absorb costs caused by address mistakes outside of our control.
📦 Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
If your package does not require a signature, the shipping carrier (Postal Parcel or EMS) may leave the package at their discretion if they believe the area is secure.
If a signature is required, they will attempt to collect one from someone at the delivery address or nearby. If no one is available, they may leave a delivery notice or door tag with instructions for rescheduling or pickup.
Please check your tracking details for the latest delivery status.
If your lamp arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will send you a free replacement.
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but cannot be found, it may still be on the delivery truck or left in a secure location nearby. Please wait 24 hours, as it often arrives the next business day.
If the package still doesn’t arrive, please contact your local carrier to request a “trace” on the package within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
Claims made after this 7-day window cannot be honored, as we are unable to file a loss claim with the carrier past this timeframe.
📬 Failed Deliveries
If you're unavailable to receive a package or the address is incorrect, the shipping carrier will attempt one delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful (e.g., no one is available for signature or the address is wrong), the package may be held temporarily at a local facility before being returned to us.
In such cases:
We are not responsible for return shipping fees charged by the carrier.
If you would like the item resent, we will send you an invoice for both the return-to-sender fee and the reshipping cost.
If you no longer want the item, we can issue a refund minus a 30% restocking fee to cover the shipping and handling costs.
We must receive your decision within 30 days of the item being returned to us. After that, the order will be considered closed and non-refundable.

🌍 International Shipping & Import Duties
In most cases, international packages clear customs without additional taxes. However, for larger orders or higher-value items, customs authorities may require extra paperwork or impose import duties/VAT.
Please be aware:
Every country has different tax thresholds and import rules.
Import taxes, duties, and fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
We are happy to assist if customs requires paperwork or confirmation.
